Smallest lavalier microphone in the world

The countryman B6 is the newest addition to my video production arsenal and can be hidden just about anywhere (the manual suggests I could tape it to someone's face but I cant imagine that would be comfortable).  I'll use this on a shoot I have coming up at the end of this month for the Eye Bank Association of America.
